Terms of Service

1. The Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SingleTask.AI platform, services, and automation systems (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property (The "Owned Infrastructure" Clause)
Unlike traditional SaaS, SingleTask operates on a "Build & Transfer" model for Enterprise clients.
- Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns all rights, title, and interest in the specific automation workflows, n8n blueprints, and agent configurations built for their account.
- SingleTask IP: SingleTask retains ownership of our pre-existing libraries, generic utility functions, and proprietary frameworks used to construct the system.
- License: Clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use SingleTask IP embedded within their delivered system for internal business operations.
3. Subscription & Payment
Phased Billing: Implementation fees (Phase 1) are due upfront or according to the agreed milestone schedule. Management fees (Phase 2) are billed monthly in advance.
Cancellation: You may cancel the Management Phase at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, you retain the system, but SingleTask will cease monitoring, updates, and support.
4. Liability & SLAs
SingleTask architects systems for high availability, but we rely on third-party APIs (OpenAI, HubSpot, etc.). We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream provider outages. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Enterprise clients guarantees a response time of 4 hours for critical system failures.
5. AI Usage & Output
You acknowledge that AI models are probabilistic. SingleTask architects guardrails to minimize error, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for the final review of all external-facing communications generated by the system.
