Commitment to Data Sovereignty
Our Core Promise
We do not sell your data. We do not use your proprietary data to train public AI models found in our shared ecosystem.
1. Data Collection
We collect data necessary to architect and operate your automation systems:
- Account Data: Name, email, billing details.
- System Data: API keys (encrypted), workflow logs, and error reports required for maintenance.
- Operational Data: CRM records and content processed by our agents (stored transiently).
2. Data Processing & AI Models
SingleTask utilizes third-party LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic). By default, we configure all Enterprise deployments to opt-out of model training via API settings. Your data remains isolated within your execution environment.
3. Data Retention
Transient Processing: Most automation data is processed in-memory and not stored permanently on SingleTask servers.
Log Retention: Operational logs are retained for 30 days for debugging purposes, then purged.
4. Third-Party Subprocessors
We use the following trusted infrastructure partners:
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Hetzner / AWS: Cloud infrastructure hosting.
- Postmark: Transactional email delivery.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
