- "Who builds it, and who do I talk to after launch?" Agencies that sell senior and deliver junior are the industry's oldest trick.
- "What happens when the AI is wrong?" If the answer doesn't include verification gates, human approval, or audit logs, they haven't shipped anything that mattered.
- "Who pays the model bills, and what caps exist?" Production AI has running costs. Vendors who can't discuss them fluently haven't operated systems.
